As you can see I have refreshed things a little bit. I am excited for 2008 and all the things that come with it. I want to get get back on this wagon. I so enjoyed riding on it, I have no idea why I got off. The last few weeks have been rough for me - and no doubt the scale will reflect it - but I am taking 2008 as a fresh start. I ate a huge cinammon bun tonight and it was covered in cream cheese icing. It was amazing after not eating alot for a few days with this flu. Roughly 30 minutes after licking my fingers clean I paid the price in the can! My body is so angry with me. 2007 was a good year - but I just know that this coming year is going to be exciting for all of us. I turn 30 years old on December 31st - so I don't think that I will weigh in with the rest of you that day - perhaps if its okay I will join in with Shannon the following week. Gosh - have I mentioned lately how happy I am to have met a bunch like you guys?

Yep - that's what it's all about - accepting that you fell off the wagon but recognising that you need to get back on again and then jsut doing it, Here's to 2008 but first wishing you a wonderful happy birthday on the 31st. Love Z xx

Happy Birthday! Turning 30 is weird. From the time you go to bed on the last day of being 29, to getting up in the morning of your 30th birthday, it feels like ten years pass in that 8ish hour period. Well it felt like that for me anyway.
