Today is Day 5 for NurtiSystem. I owed it to myself to start on the 1st of the month no matter what the scale showed as a starting weight. I have not peeked at the scale yet, but I think that I will soon. Will keep a weigh in chart on the right hand side of my blog. Lunch was super good today. As a kid my mom always bought that Chef Boy R D stuff, the tomato sauce and pasta. Not healthy yummy stuff. Well, lunch today tasted just like it. Happy with that. Tonight chicken wraps. Tons of salad and veggie filling. Snack before bed my choice of chocolate bars, peanut butter bars, hehe.
The birds are happy and I snuck in there to take some pictures today. I think I have 3 babies. I don't think that I will leave that 4th egg in there too much longer. Perhaps just one more day. Pictures of babies - yes they look like aliens, but they will soon be cuties.

In addition to your NutriSystem, have you been doing any kind of exercise? I'm curious as to whether you feel like you have enough energy to do exercise on what you eat.
Your babies are adorable!!! I notice they seem to have their mouths open a lot - must think your camera is momma.
Sometimes I feel tempted to join a food prep thing like that where they give you all your food. Would be so much easier for my lifestyle, but the only one here in New Zealand is Jenny Craig and it costs the earth! Too much for me.
