Maybe my shift work lifestyle just works with this NutriSystem thing. Yesterday was black bean and rice soup and a chicken and noodle casserole. It was good. The black bean soup thickened up to the point where I could have eaten it with a fork - but I love beans so I would probably have eaten it any way. I did in a moment of weakness last night have a peanut butter sandwich (ooopsiee) Took yogurt and raspberries to work last night, also a nice salad. Dug thru the cupboard this afternoon and found mashed potatos - they were really good.

Hubby is away tonight watching the big ol' football game. I successfully dodged the event. Yahoo.

The Nutrasystem sounds great, can't wait to see how it goes (splendidly I'm sure :))

My weight and yours was about the same before Xmas and it now looks like we have gained a similar amount (I've gone up to 204lbs) and weight watchers isn't doing it for me at the moment so I am going to try the Reductil supplement and see if that gives me a boost.

I will still follow the weight watchers guidelines and try and get back to exercising (non-exsistent) and see how I go.

GOOD LUCK.

Glad it seems to be goin' good for ya! I had to LOL at the 'unable to breathe' kind of p/butter sandwich. I find I get a kind of "I'm going to choke here" feeling.. unable to swallow successfully.. with the gluey-ness of the p/butter!

Anyway.. keep going! Drink water to flush out the salt, keep us posted! :-)

Gord loves their black bean and rice soup. I'm not a fan of black beans so let him have it.
