Em was talking about tattoos today on her blog- maybe I should let you guys in on another secret of mine. Snicker, snicker. I am getting another on Feb 29/th at noon. My husband leaves on the 28th for 5 days on a guy trip with my brother - so of course what am I going to do? Eat cheesecake and peanut butter? Naaa - tattttttooooooooo! I am getting an apple on the back of my neck. I put it in the artists hands. I told her that I trusted her. I told her that I would not sit for more than 1 hour though - so I prepaid the hour - and we will see what she comes up with. She drew my angel on my back just off the top of her head - so it will be interesting to see what she comes up with, she's an amazing artist. Yes, my hubby knows and he's cool with. He's happy that I am my own person. Yes the apple has meaning - but can't really explain it all on here. All you need to know is that its very symbolic of my marriage to my husband.

Kinda a cool note... I bought something called a Grapple today. Looks like a red apple, but tastes like a grape. I haven't eaten one yet, but sooooo excited for it! I saw it last week and Richard wouldn't let me buy it... $3.99 for 4...hahah this week i just kinda snuck them in the cart!

When I was a kid in Sunday School, I learned about the symbolism inside the apple. If you take the apple and cut it through the middle (left to right, not top to bottom ... or as the social studies teacher in me would remind you that it's the latitude), you'll find the hidden 'star' inside. I think at Sunday School, this was likened to the Garden of Eden.
i would have gone to see i am legend but didnt want tia to see it (we dont have anyone available to babysit her) :D

That is great! I have several tattoos... but my hubby is the oppostie. He doesn't want me to get anymore. Maybe when I reach goal I will get another! I can't wait to see how it turns out!

One of my co workers just got a frog on her ankle over Christmas break. It seems to be taking awhile to heal...
