Second, you have to share your recipes for the bread and buns!! I left home at 17 too .. not that my mom new how to cook anyway! LOL ...My MIL makes homemade bread, hubby LOVES them, but she says its a family secret and I'm not family...(one reason I hate this woman).. Anyway, I would love it if you could teach me how to make them so I can surprise the family Christmas morning!! Pllllleeeeeeease!!! You can email me if that is easier then posting a whole blog segment on it!

Several years ago there were some exercise video called "Buns of Steel." Whenever I commercial for them aired, my wife would say, "If they had a 'Buns O' Cinnamon' video, I would buy it." Your buns of cinnamon look delicious.
I like to bake myself. I have been experimenting with how to bake delicious food without butter/shortening, sugar, or white flour. The problem is that I don't know how to do it with light and fluffy things like cinnamon rolls.
