Have been somewhat behaving myself the last few days. It does feel good. Have really been upping my protein intake and my water. It does make a person feel better for some reason. :) I was thinking about confronting the scale sometime this week - do I confront it now? Or do I wait until after all the Christmas cheer? Hehe.
My god daughter is not doing so well these days. Her body is totally covered in a rash. The doctors claim its from the antibiotics that she is on - but in order to continue with her treatment she needs to be on this medicine. She's not getting any better with the prescription creams and may have to spend Christmas in the hospital to clear it up - we are hoping for a miracle to happen in the next few days. She's an angel - things have to start going her way eventually - right?
Here she is making breakfast for all her little friends. Everyone got a piece of apple. How can you not love her?

I'm not getting on the scale until after Christmas. New Year's isn't such a big deal to me, but everyone is coming home for Christmas this year and you KNOW there will be food. I'm going to make the best choices I can, but I'm not going to beat myself up over a piece of pumpkin pie. December 26th is a new day!

Your god daughter looks so healthy and normal ... I hope she is not in hospital over Christmas ... that would suck. Hopefully 2008 is a better year for her and her mum!!

Fingers tightly crossesd that things clear up for your little god daughter - she is such an amazingly pretty child. If it were me I'd scale jump - if the news were good it might inspire you to continue to at least 'watch' and if it's bad then it might scare you into not being too bad. That's the way my mind works - but not everyone's is as tortuous as mine!!!! Love Z xx
